The REDPHONE is simply the Resolving Door's way of AUTOMATICALLY alerting this Student Government to questions they might be interested in answering and possibly resolving. The questions are easy to identify on the Resolving Door website, because, well they have a red phone icon and a special student government section.
The real benefits this feature offer are TRANSPARENCY. Students can ask questions which other students can also vote on, see, offer competing answers, and whole range of other capabilities. Student Government can directly answer Students concerns in an easy online solution.
