There has got to be a more efficient way to heat/cool the Armory and other older buildings on campus. Energy audits?

The environmental Center already does free energy audits for students off campus. likely they can also do so on campus. They also provide information on how to make improvements.

there are of course better methods, but the capital cost of making the changes initially would cost a lot of money that the school doesnt have

there has already been audits. Its passes whatever tests. Just dont be so harsh on such a nice friendly environment school :)
