An FAQ would be nice, but in my opinion more important is to be able to track your questions and 'subscribe' to questions so to speak.

Well, you can see the questions you ask.
Click at the top on your username, and it lets you see what questions you asked.
Click on one of those links, and you can see the answers

I just added an FAQ function. There is a list of FAQs over in the right column. We're looking at some of the other feature requests.

Yes there is an FAQ page it's on the column off to the right so click on the link
