Timber Ridge has dog-friendly units. It's close to campus and decently-managed, and the units are clean.
I love Park Mesa at Table Mesa and Broadway. Most units are pet-friendly and it's a great location. Right across the street from King Soopers, Southern Sun, Neptune Mountaineering. Right on a bus line and across from a park.
Tantra Lakes, in the table mesa area is great for dogs! All units are pet friendly and there are all kinds of walking trails and parks for your dog to play in on the property. Almost everyone living here has a dog so the atmosphere is very pet friendly and accepting of all four legged friends! The property and units are very nice compared to other places I've looked at- and they even have a pool/workout facilities/business center that all renters can use!
Brookside apartments are pretty nice and do allow certain dogs. There is a fee for having one though.
I agree that brookside is a good place to live with a dog. It is also very close to campus and a couple of walking trails not too close to the road
Another good area in Moorehead. It is a good neighboorhood with inexpensive housing (on a Boulder comparison!) and huge back yards for your dog. There are a lot od places to walk around in the area and to get to campus is is not a far bike ride as well as you can ride your bike to BEar Creek and take the buff bus from there. I think the RTD bus goes through the neighborhood as well.
A house! Backyards are amazing for dogs! with a condo or an apartments its kinda tough on the dog and owner.
the hub apartments allow you to have a dog though the rooms aren't that big
