Question:
What are some good resources to use to find good off-campus housing for next fall?
Answer(s):
Housing Helpers found me my first apartment in Boulder - which I had to do from out of town without a visit. Their service is free and they're very helpful. They have a website and an office in Boulder at 28th and Baseline. But if you're in town, the best deals are hiding on Craigslist, in my opinion.
Craig's list! I'd recommend checking daily starting now. There are already some landlords offering pre-leasing for the fall.

craigs list, fowler property management, boulder property management, fourstaronthehill. i've found that usually a landlord is much better to deal with than a property management company
Craigslist is by far the best.
It is simple and easy to use, and a lot of people post
CL is good.
