I'm pretty sure that dogs aren't allowed in restaurants unless they are service dogs.

You can sit outside at a cafe, but pets are not soposed to go into a place that serves food, unless they are service animals

there are several resturantes in boulder that you can bring your dog to dine with you outside.
Boulder Beer -2880 Wilderness Place Boulder
Chipotle - 29th Street -1650 28th Street/H 36 Boulder
Chipotle - Boulder -919 Pearl Street Boulder
Half Fast Subs -1215 13th Street Boulder
Old Chicago -1102 Pearl Street Boulder
Also the Boulder Creek Winery -6440 Odell Place has no problem if you want to bring your dog

you can't bring you dog in anywhere but lots of people eat with their dogs on the patio at the sink

i am pretty sure it is a health violation to have a dog inside any restaurant unless its a seeing eye dog
