I think the best way is to go there and tell them that you want to get involved. I have tried emailing a few times but it has yet to be successful.

A few times a year they have a table in the UMC that you could stop by and ask questions. But if they are not there just go down to the office and knock on the door and see if you can talk to anyone face to face. Also be an avid listener so you can hold a conversation about radio 1190
