I heard that you get an email from them. Hopefully that is the case because this is my third answer.

You will recieve an e-mail confirming all of your answers/questions, then a few days later, they will e-mail you the $10 gift card

You should have recieved an email that gives you a number that you can use at amazon.com when you check out
