Not always. Sometimes they go to the help room like in chemistry or physics. also they hold it else where if their office is on east campus

for one of my classes this semester, the prof often held office hours on gmail chat or skype!

no they all dont hold office hours in their offices. my physics professors goes to the physics help room during his office hours
