I really enjoyed my upper division writing class, 3020, issues in higher education.

I would say if possible...don't park in those lots, even on Holidays. PTS tends to give tickets at all possible times, even if it seems like you're in the clear.
I've heard they check everyday except for Christmas.
However, there are several lots on campus that are permit only Monday-Friday and on the weekends it's ok to park in them. Just make sure you read carefully.

Tough decision. I'm trying to figure out the same thing right now.
I found this article about the Nexus One, Google's Android phone. While it isn't necessarily a comparison between the iPhone and Droid, it reviews the features of the Nexus One and tells how they differ from the iPhone.
The comments on the article are also a way to gage how users of both phones feel about their experiences:

I like to study at Panera. They have free wi-fi and unlimited refills of iced green tea. It gets super cold there though, so be sure to bring a sweatshirt.

According to bouldercolorado.gov:

"City ordinance requires property owners adjacent to a sidewalk to clear the sidewalk of snow and ice by noon the day following a snowstorm. This includes any sidewalk that abuts the property and the portion of the sidewalk that projects across an alley.

A single warning will be issued for first-time violations of the sidewalk snow removal ordinance. Subsequent violations during the winter season will result in a summons issued to the responsible party. In the past, multiple warnings have been issued.

The maximum fine is $1,000 and 90 days in jail as determined by the Municipal Judge. The fine for a first-time offense is $100.

Adult residents, property owners and agents are all responsible for sidewalk snow removal for a single-family dwelling, a duplex, a triplex, or a four-plex. Property owners and their agents are responsible for sidewalk snow removal for other multi-family properties as well as commercial and industrial properties. Snow removed from sidewalks needs to be kept on the property. It is against city code to deposit snow (plow, shovel, or coarse to deposit) upon any street sidewalk or alley.

If your sidewalk is adjacent to a primary snow route, please wait until the snow plows have cleared the streets before shoveling. Plows may need to push snow onto curbs and sidewalks, to keep streets clear."
