I have a feeling that once the construction stops there will be a lot more room for seating. If not than its a bum deal but then again its not hard to find a seat if your willing to share space.

It depends on how much you value certain aspects such as your social life and your living status. houses are good for parties and large gatherings and a lot bigger and roomier than apartments although apartments tend to look nicer and are way cheaper. theres a lot of factors you have to consider
