Ice breakers work great, cause they are funny and usually lighten the mood.

use the rec center more often or go for longer, and when you can avoid fatty snacks try too, just stick to ur three main meals with maybe one or two snacks throughtout the day.

a lot of vitamin C and maybe make sure ur getting ur daily values of all your vitamins, maybe like a one day pill of vitamins.

tiger milk is also great, its a protein bar and i use it as a breakfast replacer when im in a rush sometimes. Also tastes great.
