Question:
Is the $150 Eldora Season Pass worth the money?
Answer(s):
I don't think it is. For 320 - just about double that, you can get a 3 mountain pass. This will allow you to ski A-basin and Keystone. Most students head for farther away hills that offer more challenging runs. Eldora also allows free park days in the afternoon, so if you're going to spend money just go for the better offer.
I think it depends on what type of skier you are. Eldora is pretty but I don't think it compares to places like Copper, WP, Keystone, Breck, etc.
If you're only going to plan on skiing a few times this year then maybe Eldora would be your best bet because it is close to Boulder, too.
It really depends. Eldora is really close to Boulder, actually the closest one, but it does not compare to the places around I-70. However, if you're planning to ski a lot, but only willing to do the drive to Eldora, I think it's worth it.
It totally depends on how avid of a skier or snowboarder you are. If you think you'll only go a small number of times then the Eldora Pass is right for you.
Definitely. It's super cheap and just about the closest one. It's not the most elaborate, but you can always have a good time at Eldora.
This depends on if you like to ski or board. If your a park rider, dont bother. But if you just riding, its way worth it. I grew up going to eldora every weekend. You can take the bus, no worries. Alot of fun
I got the Eldora 150 dollar pass last season and used it once. If you get a wells fargo bank account they give you a voucher for a buy one get one free super pass to Copper and Winter Park. Try that. The larger mountains are where its at, unless you are a beginner or intermediate. Then Eldora is worth it.
In my opinion it is not because of the bad snow it produces and the better snow resorts out here in colorado.
if you dont want to go far and dont plan on skiing a whole bunch, hit it up, last year one time tickets to breck were 100 at one point
No. While it sounds like a great deal Eldora gets very little snow and the quality of the park is definitely sub-par. If you are looking for somewhere closeby for a pass then Winterpark/Copper is the way to go, it's only about 350 for whole season which is three days until you pay off the price of the pass and it's not much longer of a drive to Winter Park from Eldora with a much higher average snowfall rate and much more variation in trail difficulty and a lot less fake snow and ice
No just get the colorado pass. Eldora is nothing compared to the resorts on the colorado pass.
