Yes - they often advertise in the Buff Bulletin shows that are being put on by the music school. Not all are free, but that's the best place to look. You can also check the CU event calendar (which you can find on colorado.edu).

There is a Jazz Ensemble Concert on Friday, October 15 from 9pm-11pm in the Imig Music Building.
The event is free and open to the public.
