Yes. Off Campus Student Services (in the UMC) has a lawyer that you can talk to for cheap (it was free but I think they're charging like $10 now) that can help resolve housing/roommate disputes, and the Ombuds office (formerly in Willard, may have moved to the C4C) can help resolve just about anything, or help point you to resources.
