I personally don't.
Having a longer period of time to study far overpowers the cramming factor that these sites discuss.
Same goes with Sparknotes.

yes, but use it carefully. it is nice to have a backup "solution" when you are in a time crunch but don't rely on it to get you through exams... it won't.
