No. There used to be an animal welfare group on campus called the Partnership for Animal Welfare (PAW), but I heard they were shutting down over the summer due to lack of interest. That is to say, plenty of people were like "Oh that's cool!", but not enough people wanted to staff office hours or help planning events so they lost their office and just kind of went under. And they weren't sponsored by or affiliated with PETA.

No but you will sometimes see people handing PETA flyers out on campus anyways
