Is there a way to get a parking pass. So you can park anywhere in the paid spots in Boulder?

I don't think so, I had a parking pass my freshmen year and I was only allowed to park in my designated parking lot. Parking on the hill is free though and if you plan enough time it can save a lot of money throughout the year

No, Boulder Parking passes are limited, especially for students, so I don't think you can even get spots next to the dorms unless you're faculty or staff.
