That's how the rumor goes. I wouldn't doubt it since Matt Stone and Trey Parker went to CU. I know that the Counselor is based on a professor in campus, Mmmkay.

It has been confirmed that both Mr. Mackey and Chef were based off of CU Campus staff as both Matt Stone and Trey Parker did attend here

There have been many rumors as to who it is based on. I am actually pretty sure that the chef it is based on worked in Kittridge dining hall 2 years ago. I'm not sure if he still works there, but he used to.

Thats funny that you mentioned the counsler. I had a counsler at the starting of this year that said mmkay so many times.
