what is the difference between intramural and club sports?

With intramural sports students compete against other CU students, but with club sports CU students compete against other schools, organizations, etc.

Club sports are also much more expensive and time-consuming, with full fees being paid. For intramurals, if you divide the cost up between the number of players on your team it's usually relatively cheap. Also, intramurals have short seasons.

club sports means you have to pay individual fees, and intramurals are less formal
