Sierra Nevada and Avery I know give out beer samples, but as for actual free beer in cans or bottles I do not know.

I know that most breweries like Sierra Nevada and Avery give out samples during the tours, but I do not think that they would give out bottles or cans of beer.

Boulder Beer does a tour which ends with lots of samples. They set out pitchers and you can have quite a bit.
