Question:
What is your favorite venue for concerts and why?
Answer(s):
By FAR, Red Rocks. I have lived in colorado my whole life, been to every venue big and small. Red Rocks tops all. First of all the location, seeing one of your favorite groups in the midst of nature is amazing. Also the "pre-game" in the parking lots in worth the ticket price itself.
Definitely red rocks but also Mishawaka up the poudre river west of fort collins. its a great experience. and very intimate!
I'm sure i'd love red rocks too, but i've never been! my favorite venue is definitely Cervantes in Denver. A lot of excellent, grimy dubstep shows are there. They're not nearly as strict as the fox or beta. it's just all around awesome. fillmore is cool too but they close too early for my tastes.
Red Rocks is the best place ever. The natural setting of the rocks cannot beat any venue.
Red Rocks, nothing beats the sound, atmosphere or view
Red rocks is a great outdoor amphitheater. However, some music is best when radiating off a venues walls. And for that I like the Ogden or Gothic in Denver.
Definitely Red Rocks. You are surrounded by nature, dancing on a rock, overlooking downtown, with the stars above you, as you listen and dance to your favorite band.
I agree with the Red Rocks people. It's just absolutely beautiful; you gotta see it to believe it.
Red Rocks, to be redundant.
But the best venue (and by that I mean the best staff, vibes, and often shows) would have to be Cervantes or the Mish. The mish is really just a smaller version of redrocks with the ability to also play in a river, which is a plus.
Cervantes or the marquis both in denver. They both let you get really close to the band and have a cool atmosphere
Red Rocks...such beautiful natural rock formations, great sound, great bands!
Red rocks sounds like the coolist thing ever... Wish i'd been there.
Personally I love the Fox...it's close...BUMPING bass...very intimate setting
The fox is amazing place to go! hit that place up asap!
I like the fillmore auditorium in denver because it's big and spacious for concerts
