Oatmeal with toppings (fruits and nuts, coconut flakes, etc) is really good for keeping you satisfied through the morning. I like buying lots of fruit when it's in season and then chopping it up and freezing it to use in smoothies. Basically a banana and whatever else I feel like, and add green tea powder for a little energy boost.
i like muesli and soymilk, along with a cup of coffee or tea. bring some fruit to go
i like pop tarts with a big cup of coffee, the caffeine keeps me awake
oatmeal with raspberries and nuts or a protein shake or smoothies
you should eat a good healthy breakfast with veggies. Eat well.
