VG Burger on Arapaho and Broadway. They have a wide selection of vegan items. Boulder is rather vegan friendly however and many places are vegan friendly.

Sun Deli has good vegan food (and lots of other food for non-vegans). It seems like a sort of hole-in-the-wall place until you actually go there. Their Daiya "cheese" is heavenly, especially on a vegan "Buffalo Chicken" sandwich and they have good specials (like Vegan saturday) and coupons that go out in the mail in the neighborhood near Pearl.
