Anywhere! Get out and see the world! If you have any particular language experience, go to a country that speaks that language. Otherwise just pick a country with a good study abroad program that has classes in your major or area of interest.

I think anywhere in Europe or Asia would be fun to go to but anywhere works! It just depends what places and cultures interest you the most

You have to look internally for that.
What sort of culture do you think will be a good fit?
What sort of places does the college offer?
Be sure to ask these questions before making your choice!

Kansai Gaidai is a pretty good place. Wonderful if you are studying Japanese and want to be close to 3 or 4 of the largest and most historic cities in Japan.

Latin America is amazing, and provides many opportunites not found in Europe. Go to the study abroad website they have hundreds of programs for all different levels of language. Also go to a study abroad 101 meeting, they talk about all the different ways to study abroad, and places to go. There are also trips called global seminars that go to India, London, Africa, and I believe one just opened up in Argentina
