Liquor Mart on the corner of 15th and Canyon or Baseline Liquor at 2750 Baseline Rd.

I would say anywhere, but Rose Hill on the Hill so expensive there. But Liquor Mart always has deals on something. Also Bottles where Safeway is has good deals also.
