Go to the Dean's office of the college he teaches in. If you still can't get any resolution there then talk to the Omsbud office.

you can talk to your advisor and file a complaint with the head of the department

I would go to the OMBUDS office, they deal with faculty and student conflicts

I've gone to my advisor and they can suggest alternate classes with different professors, but sometimes it's best to just bite the bullet and go straight to the professor to get an answer
