Why does Folsom field not receive cell phone service?

Any place that doesn't receive service is usually because there isn't a cell tower nearby, that or they've blocked the connection for some reason

I have actually tried to study this.
Unfortunately for my study, it is simply because the cell tower is not terribly powerful, and doesn't transmit the connection well
