I'm no web designer, and have no idea about the different web-based languages...
But a simple work-around I can think of off the cuff would be to compare two entries (consecutive entries, every time, on a per thread basis) and if they are exactly the same, reject one...
Again, I am not sure about the data organization structures you have used...and so this may not be feasible at all :)
