Daphne, the actor who voiced Chef quit because he was a Scientologist and they made fun of Scientology on the show.
I have heard the chef whom Chef was based on and the one who is Alicia Keys' dad are one in the same. Whether that's true, I'm not sure.

I really like Twitter and think it can be used for some interesting/useful things. I think the Twittersphere is extremely fragmented, however, so it's hard to say what its overall influence will be. I use the site frequently (I would say I use Twitter more than Facebook) and have found it to be a really efficient way of finding out what's going on in the local community as well as on a grander scale.

They have a ton of different positions; the easiest one is Street Team, where you go around putting up posters and chalking. They also have paid positions (I believe) like marketing and booking. UMC 401 is your best bet; they're all really chill people.

It depends on the individual. I've been thinking about this quite a bit lately. Pros for being in Boulder: safer than Denver and generally more affluent community. Cons: very very few resources and the population strikes me as generally less empathetic.
I know that in Denver there is an interesting project called the Denver Voice - it's a bit complicated for a resolving door answer but their site is http://www.denvervoice.org/vendor-program/ I would like to see how successful the project is; at the very least, it's an interesting concept.

I'm from Loveland; I'd say take the bus to Longmont and have someone come pick you up, or make friends from Loveland/ Ft. Collins and keep an ear out for when they might be heading north.
